These terms govern the use of the Prima Prime app and the services behind it. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Prima Prime is provided by Luis Manuel Santo Maia (“we”). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
Prima Prime suggests restaurants and plans for dates — a first, second or third date, anniversaries and other occasions — and helps you plan the night (ideas for before and after dinner, a soundtrack, your calendar).
- It’s informational. Opening hours, prices, menus, photos and other restaurant data come from third-party sources and the restaurants themselves. We do our best to keep them current, but they can change without notice. Check with the restaurant before you go.
- We’re not the restaurant. Bookings, payments and the service on site are the responsibility of the restaurant or the booking platform you choose, under their terms.
- It’s free for now. If paid features ever exist, their terms will be shown before any payment.
- The service may change, gain or lose features. We try to tell you when a change affects you in a meaningful way.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The information you give must be true, and your password is yours alone — you’re responsible for what’s done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). It deletes the account and everything that belongs to it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the app for unlawful purposes, or to harass or harm other people;
- try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or get around security limits;
- collect data from the app automatically (scraping), copy or resell the service;
- overload or interfere with the service.
If you break these terms we may suspend or close the account, telling you why whenever we can.
5. Content and intellectual property
- The app, the Prima Prime brand, its design and code are ours or used under licence. You may use them only for your personal use of the app.
- Restaurant photos and information belong to their owners and are used under licence or with permission.
- What you save in the app (favourites, notes, plans) stays yours; you only give us the permission needed to store it and show it to you.
6. Liability
- We provide the service with reasonable care, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that a restaurant will be open, have a table or match its description.
- We’re not responsible for what happens at the restaurant, or for decisions made on third-party information that turns out to be out of date.
- Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
7. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we tell you in the app and ask you to accept them again before you continue. The date at the top shows the latest version.
8. Governing law and disputes
- Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
